Nick Clyburn is a Devon-based writer of historical fiction. A former RAF Squadron Leader and air traffic safety consultant, he spent four decades in military and civilian aviation before turning to fiction.
His first novel is set during the turbulent early life of Walter Raleigh and is currently being submitted to literary agents.
Nick is now working on his second novel, a Second World War thriller about a young Jewish refugee who returns to the Germany he was forced to flee. It is a story about family, identity, the name we inherit and the choices we make when history and circumstance gives us no easy way out.
