Carol went to live in France with her family at the age of thirteen where she remained for many years. She later returned to England and lived in Surrey, before moving to Devon in 2010.
Carol has always enjoyed writing and has written many short stories and novels that currently take up far too much space in cardboard boxes (because she hasn’t yet gathered the courage to throw them out – and because you never know!)
Her first novel, Suleiman the Artist, was published in 2023 by Conrad Press, and is available on Amazon and online book stores.
She has just finished her second novel – but can’t think of a title!
